I was just looking for a simple fried chicken recipe that wasn't really "fried." I remember some such recipe in a magazine or book but couldn't find it so I just went on over to foodnetwork.com and found this easy version. I strayed from the recipe a bit by skipping the sage and using bone-in legs and breasts. It all worked out. Very tasty. The leftovers were good too.
