Turkey Meatloaf Sandwiches

Ingredients:
sub rolls
carrot
onion
garlic
EVOO
ground turkey
ketchup
Worcestershire
egg
salt

Comments:
This was a recipe Adam pegged and I made it last weekend. We're in the process of trying to clean out the freezer so this helped get rid of some of the ground turkey in there. Overall a simple recipe although the meatloaf is cooked in a skillet in the oven, not a loaf pan so that's kind of weird. It stays nice and moist and makes good leftovers as well.
