Comments:
While cleaning off the bookshelf in the living room I decided to go through some of the cookbooks/magazines there and only keep the recipes I was interested in. This led to the discovery of all kinds of forgotten treasures, including this recipe. It's a basic meatloaf recipe baked in muffin cups so not only are they individual serving sized, but it also takes a lot less time to cook. Genius!
