Whole Wheat Rigatoni with Bacon

From Everyday with Rachael Ray October 2006



Ingredients:
Whole wheat rigatoni
EVOO
bacon
bay leaves
onion
salt & pepper
chicken broth or white wine
crushed tomatoes
parsley
grated cheese

Comments:
This time I used whole wheat pasta. I'm not really a fan. Other than that, this dish turned out well and was pretty tasty. Adam disliked the flavor the wine gave it so maybe next time I'll use stock instead.
