Roasted-Potato Penne

From Everyday with Rachael Ray March 2008



Ingredients:
potatoes
EVOO
salt & Pepper
penne
parsley
butter

Comments:
It doesn't get much easier than this. Bake the potatoes, cook the pasta, throw them together with some butter. Yum. Total carb overload, of course, but so worth it! I would die without potatoes.
