Ingredients:
sea scallops
shallot
parsley
salt & pepper
EVOO
rolls
orange
chives
Old Bay Seasoning
red onion
lemon juice
romaine lettuce leaves
Comments:
Obviously an Adam geared recipe here. It's a basic burger recipe except you swap out some scallops that you grind in the food processor for your usual suspects of ground beef, turkey, pork, etc. Adam tells me they tasted great. That all I can say about this one.
