Comments:
Adam wanted peanut butter cookies that stayed chewy after they cooled. So I figured with a name like "Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies" I couldn't go wrong. And the fact that I could throw in some white chocolate chips couldn't hurt either. They turned out quite well and I was diligent in my portion control after my Snickerdoodle fiasco the weekend before. They turned out kind of weird shaped because I put a whole bag of chocolate chips into the batter. I went out and got a cookie scoop now so next time I should have picture perfect cookies. Next on my list - chocolate peanut butter cup cookies. Yum...
