From Everyday with Rachael Ray February 2007
Ingredients:
espresso
brandy
brown sugar
egg yolks
sugar
heavy cream
mascarpone cheese
ladyfingers
cocoa powder
bittersweet chocolate bar
Comments:
Although more complicated than most of the recipes found in RR publications, this was still pretty simple. I had to dig my double boiler out from the oblivion of the back of the cupboard though. It seems like there's a lot of alcohol in it, but you really can't taste it when everything is put together. Yummy. We're nuts about the tiramisu at Good Company and while this can't compare, it's decent enough. :)
